3. Manual tooling set application :
The Coning tool is designed for preparing to cone on the tubing ends for the 20,000 psi 60,0o psi and ultra high pressure connections
The cone degrees are approximately 57 to 59 degree .The cutter and collets are interchangeable each other .

5. Conical tool operation guides
1 )First: Clamping fixed block of coning tool.
2Adjust the sink width is slightly larger than the length of the cutting cone, loosen the clamping gland, put the tube into the colletsinside, lock c
lamping nuts.
3 )Through the inspection hole drop in the cutting oil so that cutting edges maintain lubricating.
Right hand turn the handle, at the same time left hand rotation screw gland nut(clockwvise),at the beginning of the handle feels heavier,when the
rotary gland is screwed almost to the end, speed up the rotation speed of the handle,When handle feels relaxed, show thatcomplete the cutting,
loosen the gland, pull out the tube and check the cone if i suitable,if not ,continue above .
Manual threading tooling ( TT serial ,see bellow photo )
threading tools are specially designed forhigh pressure tubes.
They are applicable for processing a left-hand thread onto high pressure tubing ends.
The threading tool consists of tool body, handles, screws, guide bushing and die.
The die and the guide bushing can be removed and replaced.
If the die or the guide bushing is worn out, we can easily replace it with a new one.
