USUN Brand Model: Automatic taper thread processing machine is specially designed for cone and thread machining of large-diameter HP pipelines using C&T connections.
The automatic cone threading machine is mainly used for processing medium and high pressure (20000psi-60000psi) steel pipes, especially suitable for on-site construction and processing of large-sized steel pipes.
This machine is capable of processing conical surfaces on one side and threading on the other side.
The USUN automatic taper thread processing machine is specially designed for cone and thread machining of large-diameter HP pipelines using C&T connections. The machine can perform fully automated cone and thread machining, and it has brake casters at the bottom, making it easy to move.
The machine is equipped with a cutting oil circulation system, a transparent oil-splash guard, and a tool storage drawer. Cone and thread machining tool bits are arranged on both sides of the equipment to machine the cone and thread simultaneously, without affecting each other, greatly improving machining efficiency.
The machine is simple and easy to operate, requiring no profes- sional operators. This minimizes the skill requirements for operators and reduces on-site personnel costs. It is especially suitable for machining MP and HP steel pipes using C&T connections, greatly improving production efficiency and effectively reducing production time.
Product Main features
1. The machine has an attractive appearance and a moderatesize.
2. It is fully automated. After installing the fitting, simply open the taper switch and wait for the tapering process to complete (indicated by the light turning on), then remove the pipe. For threading, move the threading lever to engage the tool, wait for the threading to complete, and then remove the pipe.
3. The machine is equipped with wheels with brakes at the bottom for easy movement and on-site operation.
4. It includes a tool storage drawer with partitions for easy access to tools.
5. The power supply can be either single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V, adaptable to different environments.
6. It is equipped with a transparent oil splash guard to prevent oil and debris splashing. The guard can be lifted for easy access to the chuck and tool head, facilitating opera- tion, maintenance, and repair.
7. Thread and taper machining are done through a single lever and knob switch, making operation easy and effortless.
8. The thread machining uses a spring-loaded tool head, eliminating the need for reverse rotation when retracting the tool, which effectively prevents thread damage.
9. The blade is easy to install and has a long service life.
10.It comes with a cutting oil circulation system, which minimizes oil consumption during operation. Once filled, the cutting oil can last for a long time.
11.Customized taper machining blades are available for machining the end faces of the taper.
12.The operating end is one meter above the ground, meeting ergonomic standards.
